Owen Grady
I'm Owen
I enjoy building things, telling stories, and bringing people together through sports, photography, and community projects.
I'm always exploring new ideas, learning from mentors, and seeing where curiosity takes me. Whether through technology access, basketball, fashion, or business, I enjoy turning ideas into something meaningful.
Sports Photography & Videography
@FlicksbyOG
From practices and park takeovers to tournaments and game days, I document the full experience of sports. I capture athletes in action, the preparation behind the scenes, and the fans and community that shape the moment. Through photography, videography, and media day content, I help players and teams tell their story for recruitment, branding, and beyond.
Featured Gallery: Veniceball League — Cam Wilder Park Takeover (September 2024)
These images were selected for a gallery exhibit benefiting Palisades fire relief efforts. Veniceball was more than a park takeover. It felt like a moment where basketball, social media, and community intersected in real time. I focused on capturing not just Cam Wilder’s presence on the court, but the energy around him — fans gathering, phones raised, conversations happening off to the side, the shared excitement in the air. As the only artist under 18 featured in this gallery, I was reminded that sports photography can document culture as much as competition and that creative work can also serve a larger purpose.
Pacifica Basketball Media
& Social Branding @PCHSHoops
I launched and run the social media presence for my high school basketball program, creating posts that capture game moments, player highlights, and team culture. I handle graphic design, photo editing, scheduling, and branding to keep the page consistent and engaging throughout the season. It’s strengthened community support and deepened my interest in sports storytelling.
BBB ELITE
@bbb_elite_
Bounce Back Boys Basketball
I founded BBB Elite to bring student-athletes from different high schools together to compete, connect, and enjoy the game without pressure. We compete in tournaments while operating with peer coaches who manage substitutions, discuss in-game strategy, and help organize play.
I oversee player recruitment, communication, registration, scheduling, branding, uniform design, and social media. BBB Elite is about confidence, collaboration, and keeping the love of basketball at the center.
Tech Bridge for Teens (501c) @TechBridgeforTeens
Statement:
I co-founded Tech Bridge for Teens after realizing that classmates I knew didn’t have reliable access to a computer for schoolwork or college applications. We saw an opportunity to connect families and small businesses who upgrade their devices with students who need them.
What started as a simple idea has grown into a nonprofit serving students across Los Angeles. We’ve raised over $7,500, collected donated laptops and tablets, and partnered with Rotary Clubs, LAUSD, libraries, and community organizations.
At its core, Tech Bridge is about paying attention, noticing gaps that aren’t obvious, and doing something about them.
“Tech Bridge made it possible for me to finish my music composition projects at home. I finally have the tools I need to continue doing what I love.”
— Student Participant
“We love that it’s teens helping teens get what they need to succeed. They helped us get a laptop to a student in foster care, preparing for college.”
— Community Partner
"He received it and is over the moon!!! He has to turn in his school issued chromebook for the summer tomorrow and has an online class starting soon so this was a life changing gift. Thank you!!!!"

LWG is my developing streetwear concept inspired by gratitude, confidence, and kindness. Right now, I’m exploring fashion and brand-building through thrifting, resale, streetwear research, and studying how independent designers create identity through clothing.
I’m also being mentored by the Director of Sales at Fashion Place, a multi-brand agency representing over 25 designers across Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, and Atlanta. Through this mentorship, I’m learning how brands move from concept to retail, including sourcing, production timelines, pricing, wholesale distribution, store displays, pop-ups, and different ways to market and sell a brand.
As I develop LWG, I’m creating mood boards, studying direct-to-consumer marketing, and gathering design inspiration. My goal is to build a brand that combines meaning, style, and connection.

StarSync
A new way for fans to connect with the celebrities they love through the music that inspires them.
Mission Statement
To bring fans closer to the celebrities they love by giving access to the music that inspires them to be great.
ABOUT
StarSync is an app concept I developed as a final project in my entrepreneurship class for our school’s “Wolf Den” (Shark Tank-style) competition. I noticed that while fans follow athletes and celebrities closely, there’s no easy way to see what music actually motivates them.
I built a subscription-based concept where users can follow celebrities’ playlists and discover new artists through the music that inspires them. I created the business plan, marketing strategy, and app prototype, and pitched the idea to judges from Meta and GoodRx.
StarSync reflects my interest in music, culture, and building platforms that connect people in new ways.
Sneaker & Sports Card Sales
What started in 5th grade as a hobby became a small business collecting, trading, and reselling sneakers and sports cards. I’ve learned pricing strategy, negotiation, communication, and the importance of presentation, all lessons that continue to shape how I think about branding and entrepreneurship.
